Morning classes were held 8:15 am to 11:45 am. Afternoon classes were 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
General wheat weaving supplies in the Supplies Needed section of the Class Descriptions are the following: thread, sharp scissors, ruler, pin board and pins, towel, and soaking tray.

- Tour of Coyote Gulch Farm, Newton, Kansas with Matthew Voth, Owner/Manager where we learned about his family’s heritage and his experience growing wheat, corn, and soybeans. Link to article in Hillsboro Star-Journal.
- Mennonite Heritage and Agricultural Museum – Two very knowledgeable guides provided an entertaining tour of artifacts of the Mennonite settlement of the Goessel area.
- Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church – Matthew Voth was our guide. Following the tour, we enjoyed bread made from Turkey Red wheat flour.
